Which nation invented Ice Hockey and which is most successful?

British invented Ice Hockey.

As of right now, Canada is better at it than anybody.

i've also heard that the Greeks long ago played a type of field hockey game.

too many theories, but none of this matters in my opinion. i love the sport and hopefully the LA Kings make the playoffs

The Dutch created the prerequisites for the game, but Canada truly invented it. Canada is currently the best, though Sweden and Finland have been very strong recently.

One thing it wasnt Canadians.

The British created what we have in Ice Hockey.
