Galactus is having an arena style combat to determine who becomes his next herald. Each of the participants is inbued with cosmic energy similar to the Silver Surfer.
The cosmic powers enhance each of their own already existing powers in different ways. Who comes out on top?
Superman (aka the Kryptonian): Enhanced with the Power Cosmic, he can now convert any energy source into bioaura fuel. He can also extend his bio-aura outwards and use it in a way that resembles telekinesis. Because of his now natural absorption of all cosmic energy, he is constantly at the level of being sun-dipped in terms of physical abilities. His heat vision can now convert molecular properties in addition to exciting them (heat), slowing them down (cold), and moving them (telekinesis).
Magneto. Enhanced with PC, he can now affect the full spectrum of energy, all the way from magnetism and electricity to molecular bonding of atoms themselves, combined with senses increased to the point where he can see the changes occurring on the sub molecular level. His telekinesis is no longer limited to merely magnetism, and is extended outward to the solar system level; meaning if he wanted to, he could create a planet including living beings using inorganic material drifting in space. His personal forcefield is strengthened to the point that it now bends space itself, meaning no amount of pure physical force can get through.
Green Latern - Hal Jordan. Now imbued with PC, his ring powers extend outward to be fueled by the ambient cosmic energy around him. In essence he can now create whatever constructs his mind can think of and they have permanence, down to the molecular level, in addition to no longer having a power limit of how much he can expend energy throughout the day. Senses increased to the point where he can manipulate individual molecules.
The three are in an arena that is 4 dimensionally sealed, it is a 1000 light year wide hypercube. The arena is constantly bathed with cosmic radiation, so consider their powers to be at constant maximum.
