Depends on who goes first, who ever goes first wins.

MJJ kills Preacher, SOK blows MJJ's brains out, Squirrel girl uses her 'squirrel-blitz' on SOK.

Jaspers can't die from a physical attack within reality anyway.

MJJ takes this alone. I just going by the bio, what ever he shots dies and he never misses. Even if you consider the god in Preacher to be a joke he still is god, the creator of all and still got killed so unless you say that MJJ is greater than that god I still see him killing him with one shot.

MJJ solos in a horrible curbstomp.

For me it still comes down to who goes first, I have seen nothing that would prevent either SG or MJJ from being effected from either the Word of God or SOK guns.
