Easily, he'll grab her hand and then use his Symbiot suit to damage her brain.

Lady Deathstrike has the same disadvantage as wolverine: their only weapons are located on their hands. All Carnage has to do is use his symboite to restrain her hands and she's helpless.

Cletus's symbiotie is shredded straight off of him , cyborg then crushes human cassidy's head with class 75 strength.

Carnage wins all gauntlet - problems with Cyborg but if he does lose the symbiote, Cyborg won't know he is psychotic (it would look like he was being controlled). Carnage is dangerous without the suit and could kill Cyborg or damage the gun before his symbiote returns.

Carnage could runs this. He's damn fast, considering his reflexes rival Spider-Man's. Also, he knows over a million ways to kill a man with that symbiote of his. The only one that could catch him would be Starfire, and if she grabs him, she's dead. Just because you have a sonic weapon doesn't mean that you can beat a symbiote. Shocker had his ass handed to him by Venom before.

As seen in Maximum Carnage the heroes tried using both fire and sonics on him, sonics had little effect but fire REALLY hurts him- Firestar's the one doin' the most damage in this picture but the SECOND she let up, he reformed and began killing again. He'd have trouble with someone with fire-powers. He gets up to Starfire and then I'd guess it's a matter of dodging and throwing axes. If he can get past the one with fire-powers he more or less takes it.
