Nimrod took out Juggs , can regenerate from dust and is pretty uber.

A twice as powerful Apoc has been beaten by a weakened Mags before.

Thus Mags >>> Apoc but Nimrod >>>> Mags.

magneto can not win this. nimrod is a killer. magneto can adapt and has a varriety of different powers. nimrod was created to adapt and surive. magneto has alredy surived but at what cost has he lost his will to fight over the years>? nimrod was designed to kill mutants like magneto that are resistent to other sentinels

I don't want to get into another mags vs. apoc discussion in this thread, so I'll ignore that part and just co-sign nimrod beating mags.

Wha... where was I? Oh yeah, Nimrod wins. Adaptation should allow him to de-polarize his body, similar to how Tony Stark used an effect on his armor to make it immune to Magneto's attacks.

Nimrod seems to adapt to any single mutant ability so yeah Nimrod ftw.

i dont know but i think mags would take nimrod. nimrod is badass but i think that because he is metal magneto can pretty much stop him from moving. magneto has lifted moutains with his powers which puts him in like the hundred thousand ton strenght class. nimrod is a machine and no matter how badass he is does have limitations.

How exactly did Nimrod beat Juggernaut? Ive seen the cover of the issue, but never the actual fight. People always tout that Juggernaut shouldnt be beatable by physical means, so unless Nimrod has some type of TP I dont see it. Either way I think setting could have a lot to do with this fight.

If I remember correctly, he buried Jugs under a ton of metal support beams, and while Cain was freeing himself he removed his helmet and zapped him with a sonic attack at close range.

Must've been a pretty powerful one to KO Juggernaut like that.


Anyway, as to the fight at hand, well, Magneto will have the initial advantage, and I could see him pulling a few wins if he's aggressive and prevents Nimrod from being able to recover. In particular he could try to use his magnetism to attack the Sentinel from multiple angles while screwing with his systems. Nimrod's always seemed to have a problem with being surprise attacked or hit from multiple angles.

That said, it could just as easily adapt to Magnus' powers by depolarizing itself or create a personal magnetic field to disrupt his powers. We know he can already generate magentic fields as during his fight with Juggernaut he levitated a huge amount of steel support beams magnetically.

Good fight, but Nimrod has the edge. 7/10

Well, again depending on the setting, Magneto could more or less immobolize Nimrod. Burying him under tons of debris, entangling him with steel cables, or even just creating a giant metal hamster ball and tossing Nimrod into orbit.
