As long as he has enough worshippers, he has enough power to challenge even Eternity iirc.

I vaguely remember agamotto facing off against galactus. Galactus was blasting away and he was in a real fight to not just like "buz off fly" and it was said that despite all his attacks it really wasn;t gonna do much in the end because he was in his realm he couldn't really be seriously harmed. But whatever idk enuf about the others to judge.
