The Power of Black Adam is split amongst the family, making Adam less powerful than he would normally be. For just that reason, WWH and his family have the advantage.

Hard to say. Although Adam gave a portion of his power to Amon, Isis is still a high threat. We dont know much of what Amon can do either. We've already seem Adam when his powers are split, but its his teammates that are the deciding factor.
