Cyclops is more agile, but its not enough Frank is an old pro and is too tough, he'd just tank everything , get in close, goodnight sugar!

Punisher doesn't just have better damage soak hes better at h2h.

damage soak? both characters have great damage soak i saw cyclops who is suppose to be just human get tagged hit blasted and whats not and keeps fighting they both have amazing damage soak so a thread of who has the better damage soak would be more interesting

overall in hand 2 hand i give it to punisher

with cyclops using his most powerful blast? he stomps

Punisher is the better hand to hand IMO. Though Scotts judo training helps him drag out the fight for a bit...

The second fight may go to Punisher too depending on cis. Cyclops probably knows frank is just a human and wouldn't go full blast which he knows would kill... Frank isn't as nice... He'd immediately got for some kin of knock out..

With cis on I'll go with frank on both.

2) We need to soak up Frank's remains with a sponge.

cyclops knows who punisher is, and wouldn't take any chances. he might not kill him, but he can still hit him more than hard enough to put him down.

the OP stated its the GOML blast so that means cyclops i using it otherwise whats the point? when cyclops use that blast that means he is going all out without holding back so that alone tells us he is not holding back

Well the OP states he going GOML if so Cyke wins 10/10. Apart from that pun could win a few but Cyke still wins.
