who wins?

If Ivo can grow/build an Amazo in two days team 2 might take it on the 2 day prep otherwise Zoom is the only real threat in random encounter.

I'm going to say team 1 for both of them Professor X is negligible in this encounter as Strange and Fate have fought beings with far greater TP than wheels and Doom's head just isn't a safe place to be for the good professor.
