Iron Man quickly dispatches of cyborg and then helps Thor finish of WW.

Thor and WW could fight all day.

Cyborg is a serious weak link. Iron man is more versatile and has better firepower.

Team 2, even against pre-DCnU versions for Team 1, imo.

Current (to a degree) Stark had a energy sword that took off the scalp of one of the Worthy!

And speed feats that blitzed Sentry.
