Who wins?

Parasite drains shaw. Last I checked, Shaw has a limit, where as Parasite doesn't.

Shaw needs to be physically attacks to drains, where as all parasite has to do is touch Shaw and his screwed.

Ill agree with that as well. Parasite for me too.
