No, actually. I bumped it because I was re-reading a JLA comic, where Disaster was setting off and stopping earthquakes etc, and wondered where he stood against THE weather manipulator. What recent feat?

What feat was this? Breaking the bands of Cyttorak? Who was the weakest character to break those bands? Namor?

Namor never really broke them. He caused a psychic backlash with his struggling, which threw Strange off.
