Captain Marvel unless peak of their game means Loeb force Rulk. if that is the case then Rulk absorbs Marvel's shazam bolt and becomes captain Rulk, beating Marvel senseless while spitting out cheesy one liners and banging miss marvel just because its cool.

At the peak of his game, Billy became Shazam and was the Guardian of the Rock of Eternity. I don't think even Loebforce Rulk can deal with that.

Rulk's story of absorbing Marvs and banging missy would clearly be the #1 fan favorite book racking in the dough

He had an encounter with Dormammu as well and won. He also tanked an attack from Galactus that sent him flying through the Galaxy, crash landing face first on a planet.
