This isn't a right between the two, merely a contest in creativity. Who can kill the most people in 24hrs?

Stipulations: no two people can be killed the same way, each death must be unique, they can't cheat by trying to kill other

Thanos. He is a lot smarter.

Lol based on showings Joker should be able to be more creative with killing people.

Thanos killed half the population of the universe, there, that's it.

Joker, toyed with the universe, killed batman everyday IIRC differently ( but have to double check)

Turned the whole chinese population into chinese food and ate them, destroyed the universe with acme bombs and then recreated it, killed Superman with a fire hydrant when superman was a dog.

Joker is a very creative villain when it comes to this type of thing. Imo.

And yes Thanos is smarter and more dangerous, but that does not make him. More creative, IIRC creativity is on the other side of the brain.

In anycase, Joker with a similar power output only tappung 99% of its potential did things with that power that were pretty creative and wild.

I'm going with Rao on this one. Thanos may be better at mass killing, but Joker is far more creative when it comes to killing individuals.

Joker wins this.

you're right, joker is more creative in his villainy whereas Thanos is more dangerous and largescale

My favorite was when he replaced Wolverine's skeleton with rubber, or suffocated Cyclops with a forcefully around the head. I still think Joker is more creative though.
