MrMind
We know for a fact the mystical energies Sise-neg absorbed were finite

We know for a fact that he recreated a universe

and no he did not recreate the entire marvel, the statement "all time and space melt with power" was referring to the universe, and 616 universe was not a multiverse back in the 70s

Mr Master
We know Sise-Neg became Genesis, "The GOD!" according to Brunner.

We know Genesis contained all existing power across all timelines.

We know he was definitely portrayed absorbing mystical energies from several separate universeS.
(Brunner was not going to include every single reality in order to make the obvious point)

We know "a cosmos" meant the Marvel reality according to Brunner.

But that personal input from the writer is needless when on panel alternate universeS were depicted.
(unless one is under the impression "ancient Egypt" is still around and "Dinosaurs" elsewhere)
