Would Bishop be able to outdo Luke Cage?
It is a simple matter for each. Which is eaiser? To create electricity like i.e. Bishop or to lay down the rail like Luke Cage.
We've seen Luke survive all kinds of heat.
Bishop is not as limited to one type of energy but Luke is strong enough to last all day.

Finally a sensible match-up, Bishop could win if he can absorb a powerful enough energy source, otherwise Cage overpowers him
