TOBA Hulk vs Monarch

I really think that Hulk has the strength to breach Monarchs Armor for a double KO/Death but he lacks the speed. Monarch would take him apart, absorb his energy and win this in 9/10.

Absorb his energy? We'll have to wait, but that version ok Hulk if you can even call it the Hulk, ate Galactus and killed every being in his reality. TOBA is also directly connected to the Gammaverse.

Hulk steps on him and absorbs his energy and while absorbing it, he grabs a sun and slams it on Monarch corpes.

Monarch laughs as he eats all of TOBA's energy.
