As much as I want to say Diana Surfer is just too versatile unless you add her magical shield and gauntlets of Atlas and then she might have more of a chance.

I see WW easily beating Surfer here.
Her defense perfectly matches his offense (blasting).
She's faster reflexes wise.
And she has one shot weapons (sword).
