Both at the height of their power.
Who takes it?
NemeBro
Palpatine couldn't even take Magnus, one of the Emperor's sons, much less the Emperor himself.
DarkSaint85
Palpatine, because Warhammer is for nerds.

The God Emperor was like classic Marvel skyfather level at least, no?

The God Emperor was like classic Marvel skyfather level at least, no? In the material world? Not really IMO. He has immense psychic powers (but not galaxy busting or anything like that, assuming that's still what classic Marvel skyfather level entails) but physically he's simply too frail. So are his sons. By feats someone like Gladiator could punch their heads clean off their shoulders.
In the Warp he and any sufficiently powerful psyker (like the aforementioned Magnus) are well above that. Cube being at the least, in the Emperor's case probably more given that he can contend with Chaos.

Assuming the Force didn't function in The Warp the same as it did anywhere else.
In which case all the power in the world might not matter, if you can't actually manipulate and defend against The Force. Would become a quickdraw in that case.
Further, who's to say Palpatine couldn't likewise become empowered in The Warp? They can do Force Ghosts, so they aren't simply flesh.

I can't and won't read a CDTM post because I know it's going to be pointless question trolling... probably, and definately retarded!

The problem with feats in Warhammer is that the nature of the Warp is such that it justifies literal interpretations of what would normally be considered poetic licence, e.g.

Not only is this wrong, but it makes no sense whatsoever. The Warp is not a material world, it's shaped souls, belief, and will, and feats don't transfer over from the Warp to the Materium.

Unless you invoke something like the Force Storms from the Dark Empire miniseries (and even then you have an equivalent in Warp Storms), powerful psykers, are generally more potent and well-rounded than Star Wars force-users. Take the time the Emperor forced the legion of Word Bearers to kneel by simply commanding it.
- The First Heretic
That would be like Yoda forcing a hundred thousand Siths to kneel. Kind of puts the "these are not the droids you're looking for," to shame, doesn't it?

No similar feats in current lore then? Just assumed we'd have Legends tier feats by now, because of power creep.
If not, I guess Vader's light years choke of death and the Kylo Ren blaster freeze are the best they have.
