i would tend to agree. i think odin is more powerful than all but the highest splinter realm lords. him and dormamu are very close imo and i'd put dormy just above cyttorak personally. it's close though i think.

I think Cytorrak is more powerful if we consider implied power, but a ft war would go to Odin.
