Can Blue Marvel move fast enough? Who wins?

Blue Marvel isn't fast enough to content with Makkari.

Adam destroys Makkari much like Superman would destroy the Flash.

Flash has numerous ways to defeat Superman, such as:

- Speed steal
- Statuesque Superman by being vastly faster
- Vibrating through Superman
- IMP
- BFR
- And more

However, it's more logical to conclude that Superman could overcome Flash, given his own insane speed.

On the other hand, Blue Marvel is significantly slower than Makkari, which would make him appear as either a statue or a slow-moving turtle in comparison.

Conversely, Makkari doesn't (to my knowledge) have what it takes to put BM down. No speed steal, no IMP, no speed force dumping etc. maybe he does, though.

In an all out war using them to their best, Superman's missed impacts would still put the Flash down. He wouldn't even have to hit him to win.

That's assuming that Flash doesn't do any of the previous things I've stated.

And thinking about it, I still disagree. Flash has ran faster than Superman can punch. That means he had ran through tremendous drag forces that should resemble reentry from space on steroids, with no negative effects to him. Flash creates tornadoes, etc while being in it.
