What's stopping Cassandra from frying Wanda's brain instantly? I mean unless Wanda has omega level TP defense or better quick draw feats.

On the off the chance Wanda gets a hex or spell off before Cassandra thinks "vegetable", she could win... but in a bloodlusted condition (which Cassandra pretty much always is), she should have no chance.
