I'd go Cage 6/10.

Better durability and fighting skills having been trained by IF. Doc is probably stronger .

Luke Cage. He can be creative and the pressure can be on his opponent giving him range ftw. Good thread.

Doc has been a joke from at least the mid 90s on. Luke takes this with little difficulty. Shame too.

Samson is stronger by at least 10 points (ton metrics) within Marvels handbooks, but that has little meaning if he gets chipped up, outmaneuvered and outclassed in terms of combat IQ.
