Eclipso vs The Inbetweener

I was wondering who people though would win this battle. Would it even be close?

I always thought of The Inbetweener as an lower class abstact, because he is half chaos and order. Any thoughts?

Heh. Ultimate Evil vs. Ultimate Ambivalence. This should be interesting.
In all of the appearances of the In-Betweener I've seen, I've never found him too impressive. Eclipso on the other-hand always makes for a good story and has done some rather heinous things. In sheer ruthlessness, ingenuity, and power, I think Eclipso has this one won.
