I do not count That at all. HE certainly wasn't using power on the level he was when he fought Apoc. Tho Apoc used to be very powerful in my mind. Dont' know what happened to him.

However, didn't he one-shot Thor a couple times (I remember reading a Thor comic where he easily took him out, and I'm pretty sure he has beaten him more than once), and has took out Warlock?

I'm not sure about the Warlock one, but yeah, HE has one-shotted Thor. I recall him doing it one time.

HE has also stated that he could take on Uatu the Watcher....
