Heh. Two of my favorite villains. I'd have to give the edge on this one to Sinister. His intellect and protean abilities can easily vex Holocaust into submission.

Two of the best villians EVER. Holocaust has sinister beat in raw power out put. But sinister is a beast of versatility.

Before Onslaught Holocaust could be hurt badly by psionics,during Onslaught he had protections against psi power( or at least protection from mind reading), after Onslaught i dont know? but i would guess the protection is not available here

I'd give the win to Holocaust. If Nate struggles fighting him, then I can't see Sinister winning.

I'm not sure if Sinister's metahuman healing factor can handle him being melted AND drained of his life force. While Sinister always has something up his sleeve, this might be a bit too much.

Then again, he really is versatile.

He fought Nate Grey and held his own . He also fought Exodus in more or less a stalemate .

He actually stalemated Exodus without his armor on, which is a tad weird actually...

Holocaust was unlucky, forced to fight together with the Exiles. We all knew he was going to die when he made his first appearance there...

these ARE two of the best villians, holocaust is numero uno. I give the win to holo but it would be a good fight.
