Good matchup, too many variables and it seems too evenly matched for my taste. You could mix and match any possible combinations for each combatant to face. I can't decide on a clear winner here.

I see three Kryptonian in team one. In team 2, I see Doom and Scarlet Witch.

The biggest threat in team one, in my opinion, is Brainiac. I don't see how counteract him... Maybe Doom?

DC Ares would beat Everyone on Both sides of the battle field at once.

Dr. Doom for the win, because hes Dr. Doom, the man who stole the powers from a cosmic entity, singley the most cunning comic book charatcer ever. maybe he'll harnass kryptonian power, or maybe he'll sit back and watch everyone kill each other until the time comes where he's figured out how everyone works.

If hey get Ares armor off they could stand a chance..doubtful they could do that.
