Yeah, if he went hot enough fast enough, he could dehydrate Arthur and win, but it's unlikely he could finish the job before Aquaman gave him a stroke.

if its purely water vs. fire than torch wins

if AM gets to use tp than he takes it

fishman loses here if hes out of water. if the fight takes place in atlantis johnny loses there
