I'm seriously thinking Marvel, just due to numbers....

There are almost too many factors, though. Cyborg Superman should be able to take any of team one. Superman Prime could likely take on any of team one, as well.

Sinestro, Arkillo, and Amon Sur are more equivalent to some of team one - the Surfer, and the Hammer Brothers. Though I'd say that the Surfer could beat any of the three, and the hammer brothers could certainly take Arkillo and Amon Sur.
