Mr Master
I can't believe Marvel or DC for that matter
has not invested or allowed a full blown on line game yet.
Just imagine having a game on the scale of "Mass Effect" for X-Box (where many Worlds in a Galaxy can be explored) with 100's if not 1000's of Heroes and Villains running around, aside from AI everywhere, Cats could join up make teams, be renegade loners, ahh whatever you wish.
With "Grand Theft auto" (latest series) type freedom,
with "Killzone 2" graphics/game play or "Final Fantasy" (latest series) cut scenes type graphics.
Playstation 3 definitely has enough muscle to pull that off, (Anyone seen the new NBA graphics? Juicy) Or "Heavenly Sword?" Ridiculous beauty, and gameplay.
Instead they allow cheesy mission/level games with like 4 heroes tops at a time.
(Oh and silly graphics on top of that)
Spiderman was probably the sweetest visuals portrayed, but the gameplay gets boring quick. (I mean come on, just Spiderman and local bank robbers, and the occasional common Spiderman comic foe) and of course no online compatibility.
Anyhow, I think we should come up with some ideas & have it submitted to Marvel or DC, where ever the ideas lean towards, I'm not interested in personal profits (meh, we wouldn't know how all the game intricacies work, but we could at the very least spark an idea, that will lead into ideas within ideas)
I love video games, and comics, this would be a great avenue to explore.
We can lay out the foundation, the companies can build from there.
So basically just add your conception of a game with comic book characters that really represents what you think it should be like, it will have online connectivity, however many characters available you think there should be,
graphics on par with the latest/greatest, and the freedom to explore this Galaxy wide area, with no limits as to where you wanna go, except of course if you reach the ends of the galaxy, but within the galaxy, you are your own boss, like in "GTA" or "Elder Scrolls."
