how strong is the punch usually, ex: what does it do to superman, or a batman type character

Flash has stated that the IMP hits with the mass of a white dwarf star, though that's probably hyperbole.

That's not a big feat. Wally could easily knock Thanos out with 40- 50 IMP's. It wouldn't take over a picosecond.

And were those realities stated to be bigger then a galaxy or solar system?odin wrecks entire galaxies when fighting and recreates solar systems ect,darkseid hasnt been anywhere near that level for a very long time.
