Does Cable no longer exist, or what?

The last several issues of Cable and Deadpool have been issues of Deadpool.

Not that I'm complaining, of the two, I DEFINITELY prefer Deadpool....

But, what happened to the first part of that duo?

He's dead.

Didn't Cable get turned into a baby or somesuch?

Hes alive isn't he. Wasn't it a trick?

he died. deadpool talks about it in an issue

Gambit and sunfire killed Cable.

He's apparently dead...but there's a very high probability that he's still alive.

In a wizard magazine interview. The current writer (forgot his name), confirms the Current Cable, is dead period.

Writers lie.

not to mention deadpool says cable be back in a few months in one of his jokes

cable "went down with the ship," protecting providence from falling into enemy hands when gambit and sunfire attacked. they didn't kill him. as i recall, he beat 'em up, and they seemed to go down with him. they've since been seen alive, however, so who really knows what's going to come post-messiah complex/post-disassembled.
