I wasn't being racist with my post. I was born into the same cesspool of ghetto shit and I had it hard as a kid. Some people might say, "well, he is white, he had a better chance of making it out of that situation."

The moment a person in my direct position found out that they were discriminated against for a job is the moment they would sue and win a nice sum of money.
Also, all jobs I have ever had, I have always had African American coworkers in the same exact position that I held, without exception.
I am not a rich person and I due work on a tight budget, but I am middle class and I fine with that social status.
