Abraxas vs. Akhenaton

This one's been bakin' my noodle.. Two scenarios:

1.) Abraxas (no UN) vs. Akhenaton.
2.) Abraxas (with UN), vs. Akhenaton.

So?

Akhenaton is that mummy from IG arc. If it is I'm not sure either.

Akhenaton is from "Marvel: The End."

Ol' Aky should win this, whether Abraxas has the UN or not.

Aky was tapping the power of Toaa/god.

Personally,
I think AK takes scenario #1, but I'd give Abraxas the edge in scenario #2.
