Foes: Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Rhino, Scorpion, and Lizard

Are team two held back by CIS ?

I'm guessing you just played that crappy video game?

Team 2 kick the shit out of team one

On paper team 2 wins but you never know, that is a crafty bunch on team 1

Spiderman and Iron Fist can take out any of team two solo. If the others can merely hold off their competition for long enough to get some team-ups going, the heroes will overwhelm their competition.

Then again, Blade, Black Cat, and Nick Fury are fairly weak links when compared with Doc Ock and the Green Goblin...

Team two will likely win on sheer numbers.

Blade is pretty ruthless...doc ock is likely to have a glave in his throat before he can react

Spidey's friends are Iceman and Firestar.
