... ENCOMPASSED IN A WEEK ...

Hello all ...

People like me are often accused of seeing a conspiracy everywhere, but, speaking for myself, that's not the way it is at all. I see one conspiracy with many masks and in the past seven days in Britain it's been like an Illuminati masquerade.

What has happened here this week is what is happening in North America and around the world - the same goals, same techniques, same force in its many disguises.

In fact, as I have been emphasising all these years, we are not primarily dealing with a 'conspiracy' as such. We are dealing with an agenda for the creation of a global fascist state. The conspiracy is the manipulation into place of that agenda and the removal, suppression or discrediting of those who are considered a threat to it.

It is in this way that many apparently unconnected events, situations and conspiracies are just different expressions of the same conspiracy, the same agenda for global dictatorship. We have had three major examples of this in the UK in the last few days alone.

There is incredulity in Britain over the refusal of the government, led by Illuminati stooge Gordon Brown, to have a public referendum over the new 'Treaty' that will take the European Union to within inches of a fully-fledged United States of Europe. More accurately, a centralised fascist dictatorship in which national governments are merely regional offices to impose the central dictate.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/mask-ribbons.jpg

I detail in my new book how this was always the intention from the very start of the 'European movement' sixty years ago and more. But they have had to go softly, softly and use what I called the 'Totalitarian Tiptoe' to get there step by step.

The ultimate aim had to be kept from the people until the cells doors had been slammed and the same is now happening in North America, indeed the Americas in general, and in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. These four superstates, or 'Unions', are designed to be the second tier of control under a world government.

This explains why, no matter what the people think, nor whichever 'party' is in government, this structure of control has unfolded incessantly and refused under any circumstances to take 'no' for an answer.

The manipulators wanted to introduce a European Constitution, which included the appointment of a President of Europe and a foreign affairs minister. It was signed on October 29th 2004 and only needed to be ratified by member states. But France and the Netherlands voted against it in referendums and the sick and sordid game was in trouble.

Their usual trick is to wait a while, do some more manipulating, pay off some key people to change their view, and have another referendum to overturn the first. They blatantly did precisely this some years ago in Denmark and Ireland.

But they knew that such was the public mood that they wouldn't win that way this time. Instead, they dropped the word 'Constitution' and introduced something they called a 'Treaty'. Experts have shown, and most countries have confirmed, that something like 98% of what is in the 'Treaty' was in the rejected 'Constitution'.

However, this time there are to be no public votes on this fundamental loss of national sovereignty because, you see, it's a 'Treaty' and not a 'Constitution'. They are no longer even trying to be subtle about their contempt for those they supposed to serving.

This is how it has been all along with political leaders of all alleged shades and persuasions coordinated by the same force, not least through the Illuminati Bilderberg Group, to impose the same outcome - centralised control of the whole of Europe.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/theillusionist.jpg
European leaders meet

On a visit to the European Parliament in 2006, a former Soviet dissident, Vladimir Bukovksy, referred to secret Politburo and Central Committee documents about the European Union that he was allowed to read in 1992. He said they confirmed the existence of a 'conspiracy' to turn Europe into a 'totalitarian state'.

The documents reveal that an Illuminati Trilateral Commission delegation went to meet Soviet President, Mikkal Gorbachev, in January 1989. It was headed by David Rockefeller (Bilderberg Group) and Henry Kissinger (Bilderberg Group) and included former French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing (Bilderberg Group). They were talking about the need for Gorbachev to integrate the Soviet Union into the GATT 'free trade' agreement, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, when Giscard d'Estaing intervened. He said:

'Mr President, I cannot tell you exactly when it will happen - probably within fifteen years - but Europe is going to be a federal state and you have to prepare yourself for that. You have to work out with us, and the European leaders, how you would react to that, how would you allow the other East European countries to interact with it or how to become a part of it, you have to be prepared.'

He was speaking three years before the Maastricht Treaty that turned the European Community into the European Union and guess who has drafted the planned European Constitution ... Giscard d'Estaing. Had it not been for the 'no' votes by France and the Netherlands that constitution would have made Europe a 'federal state' some seventeen years after he predicted 'probably within fifteen' to Gorbachev. And there is no conspiracy?

This is why the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is refusing to have a referendum on the 'Treaty' even though his party promised one on the 'Constitution'. He refuses because he knows he would lose and his masters will not allow that.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/brownsmile.jpg
Double false smile: Brown is a dark, dark, entity - just like his 'mate'

Instead, he has cobbled together a cover story about Britain negotiating 'opt-out clauses' called 'red lines' to maintain sovereignty. All bullshit, of course, and it explains the conversation that Brown had with the Portuguese leader, José Socrates, as European heads of government swigged the champagne a week ago to celebrate agreement on the 'Treaty'.

Unfortunately for Brown, his little chat was captured on a microphone and Socrates, who hosted the summit in Lisbon, told the British puppy dog:

'Well done. You have done brilliantly. We are very proud of you ... It was fantastic, the first council of Gordon Brown.'

Brown wagged his tail and checked with Socrates that Britain's 'red line' conditions had not been an inconvenience. 'So I was not the block on anything?' he asked. 'No, no,' Socrates replies.

They then discussed how Brown would deal with the opposition at home. 'You will have big arguments ...' Socrates tells him, but 'you will take the floor, no problem'.

'I will do my best. You have done brilliantly. It is a great success,' replies Brown.

It's all a stitch up, just as it is in North America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2006, I flew to Canada at the invitation of an independent television company in St John's, Newfoundland, and soon realised that the TV station had booked me into a hotel where a meeting was being held of all the premiers of Canada. The place was crawling with politicians and media and I found myself in the elevator/lift with British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, plus minders. I took the chance to ask him if they were discussing the North American Union:

'Not much', replied Campbell.

'Do the Canadian people know about the North American Union?' I asked.

'No.'

'Well, don't you think it is about time they did?'

No reply.

'Are you talking about the Amero?' I persisted.

'I would tell you if I knew what it was', came Campbell's staggering response.

'It's the currency to replace the Canadian dollar, the American dollar and the peso', I said.

No reply.

Another 'mask' technique is to remove, suppress or discredit anyone who is a danger to the plan in whole or part. History is awash with people assassinated or destroyed for having information or communicating knowledge that would expose the scam.

The most obvious case in the UK in recent times is the 'suicide' of weapons inspector, Dr David Kelly, who had the knowledge to demolish the claims of Bush and Blair about the dangers from 'weapons of mass destruction' in Iraq.

Kelly had already told the London Observer off the record that what people like US Secretary of State and 33rd degree Freemason, Colin Powell, had claimed to be Iraqi 'mobile germ warfare laboratories' were nothing of the kind. He knew this because he had inspected them as a member of the UN inspection team.

Deano

Dr. David Kelly

Kelly then met with Andrew Gilligan, a BBC defence correspondent, for another off the record briefing on May 22nd 2003. As a result of their conversation, Gilligan reported that an informed source had told him that the Blair government 'dossier' on the alleged danger from Iraq had been 'sexed up' to make Saddam Hussein appear to be a bigger threat than the evidence warranted.

This included adding in a claim that Iraq could deploy battlefield chemical and biological weapons within forty-five minutes, even though they knew that was extremely dubious. Kelly had named the author of that claim to be Tony Blair's chief spinner, a vicious piece of work called Alastair Campbell.

Blair and Campbell did not need laxatives at this point and their response was their usual one - attack and discredit the source. They targeted Andrew Gilligan and then 'outed' David Kelly, who faced a public grilling before two House of Commons committees.

On July 17th 2003, less than a month after meeting Gilligan, David Kelly went for a walk from his home in Oxfordshire and never returned. He was found in a secluded wood with his wrist cut and the official story was that he committed suicide and bled to death. The inference was that the pressure had made him do it.

Before he left on his 'suicide walk', he emailed associates with 'combative' comments about the pressure he was under from 'many dark actors playing games'. He said he hoped it would all blow over and he could get back to Baghdad and get on with the work that really mattered.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/normanbaker.jpg
Norman Baker

The evidence shows that he was clearly murdered to shut him up and this week the Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament, Norman Baker, revealed the results of his long and detailed investigation into Kelly's death. He has published his findings in a book called The Strange Death of David Kelly. Baker had given up a major post with his party to concentrate on what he saw as a dubious verdict of 'suicide'.

Baker shows that, as with 9/11, the official story makes no sense at all. Among his findings:

Eminent medical specialists say the evidence proved that the alleged method of suicide could not have caused Kelly's death.
It was claimed that death was due to cutting the ulnar artery in the wrist and an overdose of co-proxamol painkillers, but doctors say that targeting this artery almost never causes death and 'less than a third' of a normal fatal overdose of the painkillers was found in Kelly's stomach.
There was hardly any blood at the scene when he was supposed to have died of blood loss and no fingerprints were found on the knife he supposed to have used.
Kelly's body had clearly been moved after he was first found in an effort to support the 'cut-his-wrists' story and objects like a water bottle also appeared after his body was discovered. The water is said to have been used to take the pills, but Kelly is known to have had a phobia about swallowing pills.
Norman Baker's list of anomalies goes on and on and includes the tell-tale confirmation of a botched police 'investigation' and the extraordinarily biased 'inquiry' by a Tony Blair gofer called Lord Hutton. Blair announced this inquiry almost immediately after news of Kelly's death became known and he used it to usurp a public inquest that would have had the powers to investigate what happened much more thoroughly.

All this was orchestrated by Lord Falconer, the Lord Chancellor, and Blair's bosom buddy. They once shared a house together. Falconer stopped the inquest which had the power to make witnesses attend in favour of the 'Hutton Inquiry' which did not. Falconer said he wanted to minimise the distress caused to the Kelly family. Oh please.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/falconer.jpg
Lord Falconer: silly hat, silly man, the purveyor of 'law' who is never to be trusted

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/hutton.jpg
Lord 'What-Do-You-Want-Me-To-Say-Again? Hutton.

As I have said before, people do not announce inquiries that could destroy them unless they know from the start that they will not. So it was with Lord Hutton who cleared the Blair government of all blame, directed all his criticism at the BBC and announced that Kelly's death was an obvious suicide when that's the last thing it was.

As Norman Baker said:

'It is all too easy to dismiss so-called conspiracy theories. But history shows us that conspiracies do happen - and that suicide can be staged to cover murderers' tracks. All the evidence leads me to believe that this is what happened in the case of Dr Kelly.'

Baker says that his information and contacts make him believe that 'anti-Saddam' groups, which wanted the US and Britain to invade Iraq, killed Kelly to stop him destroying the basis on which the invasion was being justified. He believes that the British authorities made the death look like suicide so that the anti-Saddam groups, and thus the case for war, would not be discredited.

My own feeling is that British and American intelligence were more fundamentally involved. The agenda going back many years was to invade Iraq and Dr Kelly's ability to demolish the excuse for that had to be extinguished. So he was.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/mask-ribbons.jpg

The other mask that was highlighted this week came with evidence from John Yates, Assistant Commissioner of the London Metropolitan police, to the Public Administration Select Committee at Westminster.

Yates led an investigation into allegations that Tony Blair and his cronies were selling seats in the House of Lords in return for massive donations to the Labour Party. It became known as the cash-for-honours scandal and the Yates investigation, launched in March last year, cost £1 million.

Three months ago, however, it was announced that there would be no prosecutions. Another cover up was successfully dealt with. Yates and his team had interviewed Blair and made him the first sitting Prime Minister to be questioned in a criminal investigation, but, as was so predictable, it came to nothing.

Yates said this week, in the most diplomatic language he could muster, that 'Some parties did not co-operate fully... I think it would be quite obvious to all people who that was'.

http://www.davidicke.com/oi/extras/07/october/blair_mentionme.jpg
'Did someone just mention me?'

These three major stories of the last seven days are such excellent examples of how the interconnected manipulate works. The European 'Treaty' shows how the agenda will not be stopped by little niceties like the will of the people; Norman Baker's confirmation about the lies surrounding the demise of David Kelly are an example of how those dangerous to the agenda are removed; and the obstruction of the police inquiry into the cash-for-honours scandal shows how there is one law for the population and another for those in control.

When you connect the dots across the whole swathe of global society you realise that the many conspiracies are, overwhelmingly, just the one. That's the nugget, the key to understanding, that most people miss.

Notice the lack of refrences, facts and over all evidence to support any of that crap.

Mr Parker
the thing a lot of people in the states dont understand such as sweersa when they say things like-if you believe in all this stuff then i dont understand why you dont move to another part of the country? what they dont understand is its GLOBALLY planned.it dont matter if we movie to another country because its globally planned to go after every arounf the WORLD,not just here in the states so its all pretty irrelevent to move to another part of the world.eventually they will come there and round everyone up as well.

lol what is wrong with you parker.

Maybe we should convert to Judaism and go to Israel, since Israel is like the HQ.

the proof is in the pudding on that as well.all you got to do is go youtube and type in videos of concentration camps and you can see the pics for yourself of all these concentration camps being built and going up.their not building those just for decoration. roll eyes (sarcastic) I was in doubt about it myself and didnt believe it either at first that there were concentration camps going up.I took it in with a grain of salt when my friend mentioned it to me but then he referred me to that site where you can view the videos and that changed my mind in a hurry.why else would they be building those concentration camps.

See, the thing about that is, maybe all of the supporting evidence and sources are in fact out there somewhere. Maybe you're 100% correct. But most won't feel like looking, and even those that do won't know where to look. Maybe I could read a bunch of books, devour conspiracy journals, and scour government bulletins to attempt to confirm or deny your claims. But it's equally as likely I wouldn't be able to turn up enough evidence to either confirm or deny it.

So the burden of proof remains on your shoulders. Because, enticing as it is on an intuitive level, the range of influence ANY controlling entity has (government, person, corporation, etc.) is nowhere near that which you ascribe to this supposedly globe-spanning phenomenon, due to the incalcuably vast range of needs and motivations in different people and cultures.

I'm genuinely interested in many of your posts (I generally lurk on this forum, but try to refrain from posting). And many of the incidents you cite are indeed of concern. But the leap that is required from individual happenings within world politics to globe-threatening conspiracies is monumental....and the lack of direct causal links between events is striking. Patterns can be found in literally anything if you look hard enough, but they usually signify nothing. We're biologically programmed to seek such patterns, and as soon as we start deliberately looking for them, that's when the unfounded theories start....because they make sense on a cursory level, but fall apart under scrutiny.

Again, the individual events may be alarming, but to link them all together into a sinister plot requires too big a leap of faith without corroborating evidence, which is only found when you refuse to see anything except a coherent pattern (which it likely isn't).

If you think my criticism is unfair, I'm happy to admit I don't know everything. My intent isn't to try to debunk this theory in and of itself, which may have some merit (though not as much as you attribute to it) but to point out some of the traps and flaws inherent in the practice of identifying alleged conspiracies.

a lot of the facts are out there. and if you piece things together you will understand what is happening. you have to understand also that people are very lazy and will not look for info. thats why it would be easy for certain people in power to manipulate humanity.

sometimes you have to use your intuition and gut feeling aswell.

one things for sure, the agenda is real. one world goverment, microchipped people, cashless society. any fool with two eyes can see where we are heading. now is this planned? You have to decide that for yourself.

i dont need to prove anything though. the proof is right there in front of you. this agenda has been pushed astronomically since 9/11 in particular.

thank you for your comments. maybe you should post on here more often. it would be nice to see a non piss taker on here.

everything as flaws. we're dealing with information that this elite wants to remain hidden. not every fact is going to be correct.

all i can say is, look at what so called conspiracy nuts have been saying about whats going to happen, and then look at whats happening today.

Sad also that many do research somethings, and yet come up with a completely flawed train of thought or distorted perception.

Even worse, when people research sources that only support their preconcieved train of thought as opposed to research information that may question it.

Finally what is by far worse is when people claim they are researching someithng, but are actually only reading the claims and misdirected and misleading opinions (or outright fabrications) of people who have no expertise or knowledge of what they write, or people who put their faith in "confirmed experts" who have no background, respectability or even the least bit of training in the discipline in which they choose to pontificate.

DigiMark007
My problem comes with the knowledge of this supposed "elite", when even governments have a hard time seeing the long-range implications of their actions. And if it's only a few select people in on the plan, no small group has the kind of influence required to affect things on such a global scale, simply because they would need to corroborate with too many different people, governments, cultures, ideologies, agendas, etc.

If there is indeed a movement toward the kind of globalized government you suggest, it's being done so in an emergent way, where the body is working toward the end goal but none of the appendages are aware of what the goal is (and to keep the analogy correct, our person would have to be ignorant, or headless, because a mind would imply a design to the whole thing).

And thanks for your comments earlier. I'm a proponent of severely limited government as well, though the origin of my opinions are based on economic models of free-market economies, and the personal freedom and opportunities available in a limited government system. So we arrived at roughly the same position, just by different means.

All good points. Erroneous confirmation bias is rampant is such fields, esepcially when one is specifically looking for a controversy or conspiracy to expose. Which is why patterns are usually nothing more than coincidences hand-picked by those looking for something to confirm their theory. It doesn't debunk the conspiracy completely, but it means that the evidence has to be taken with a grain of salt and investigated if possible.

I think Skeptic magazine might've done a conspiracy issue....I'll look into it. Because if they did, it would be worth picking up (for me at least) since I generally respect their scholarship and accountability.

And I do have time. Maybe I'll put my best Mel Gibson hat on and see what I can't find on my own in the coming months.

im sure it has been planned for decades. and im also sure that many people in the goverment are aware of the consequences. but they are scared to speak out for fear of removal

its like a pyramid of control. the people at the top know what is going on, but the people below them are ignorant. the love of money and power is what corrupts these demons at the top.
