Who would be the most Powerful if...?

Which Metahuman/Mid-tier (refer to the comic book tiers thread) would benefit the most from having their powers amplified 100 fold.

In other words which character would be the most dominant/powerful if their powers were multiplied by 100.

Obvious answer is Mimic. Instead of just duplicating a handful of powers, it would now be in the hundreds. He could duplicate every power of every X-man, all the avengers, etc..

Synch would rock. Not only use anyone's power but be able to use them better than they can themselves.
