Hmm... Alucard with the zero seal released has similar minions, but Alucard himself seems to be fairly more powerful, so I'm going with Alucard.

Alucards bullets are supposed to be blessed, to have a heavy impact on demons and such….Mm I think
So the shots fired at Jackie should have an effect on him.
However, if we go by immortality feats, Alucard has a limit on how many times he can resurrect himself. Jackie will continue to resurrect on an atomic level, as long as there is darkness.

I am kind of wondering if the Superman/Darkness crossover is cannon. It makes reference to the Darkness and Batman/Darkness continuality (both which happen to be cannon).
Surprisingly Hulk/Darkness crossover is cannon as well.
Angelus isn’t holy per say. She is just the embodiment of the opposite force to the Darkness. Even Magdalena does not recognize her as a holy aspect. So I am not sure if Angelus and Alucards bullets are quantifiable.
