I drove my family insane because I couldn't stand being stuck home for a week when I didn't really seem that sick

When I was wee little.
Worst week of my life.

YEs when i was 5 and i also had rash at the same time

I had it as a small child, during the Summer, just as Super Soakers came out.

Probably the worst time.

I remember it being somewhat bad too, I had it when I was 6-7 or so, but it wasn't downright terrible.

I had it the same time as one of my friends... We were pox buddies.

His was dangerously worse though so the celebrations didnt last long.

I had it when I was younger. I have very sensitive skin so I scratched myself too much. I actually scratched a deep wound into my face and I have a scar from it.

Yep, and then there was a weird rash on my ass that was so painful.

Yes. Now I have a few scars from scratching. I thought they were kidding when they were talking about that...

I got pneumonia two years ago. I was sick for a month and a half.

That was definitely a lot worse than when I had chicken pox.

Generally if you have to explain a joke that means it was a pretty crappy one.

And I've never smoked anything before. Not only do I not want to waste money on a disgusting and harmful habit, but I'm allergic to smoke.

It wasn't intended to be very humorous...it was more or less intended for you to make light of the situation. I like to call that playful conversation.

I share your pain, Lana weep Pneumonia is a terrible thing to have.

Though I was sick for about three weeks, mind you. Coughing up blood is disgusting enough...

I actually do not know if I've had it or not.

My big brother said I've had it, while my own mother says I didn't.....

I had pneumonia when I was 3 or 4. Other than being short of breath and really really disoriented, I felt fine. I wouldn't lie down to rest and my mother thought I was going to die because I kept getting worse. The doc was thinking about giving my mother some meds to knock me out so I wouldn't kill myself because I seriously did not want to rest. (I really didn't feel that bad.) I eventually went to sleep and got better in a few days. (The fluids drained from my lungs.)

Had it when I was 4 and got a couple of lovely scars to prove it.

yep a very long time ago over christmas so i got a longer christmas holiday than the other people at school

Had them when I was young. It was torturous. I was glad when they came out with the chicken pox vaccine for children.
