I'd give this fight to Nefaria overall. It seems like the fight would be similar to Drax fighting Black Adam. Drax is just too dumb to pull off the more exotic moves that he would be able to if his mind wasn't so fuddled. If Drax was as smart and ruthless as he is now with that over developed body of ten years past, he would be able to crush most top tiers in a pure all out slug it out. Even so Drax would take a couple due to his durability.
