If you're a fan of the Final Fight Series or just tried the series for fun, you'll remember this classic crime boss. The original leader of the Mad Gear Gang who used his cross-bow against you, rode in a wheelchair while holding Mike haggar's daughter Jessica, jumping mid-air from side to side, and knocking him out of a huge window of the tallest building of Metro City countless of times. He even returned as a zombie in Final Fight Revenge.

Yeah man, he was pretty tough to grab when you foght against him, especially with the other Mad Gear members getting in the way.

At first, I thought tht he was permanetly stuck in the wheelchair and couldn't move at all, then all of a sudden, he starts jumping all over the place in mid-air shooting you from all angles, lol.
