Round One: Without Parralax and Sinestro

Round Two: With Parralax and Sinestro.

Fight takes place in Asgard, Bloodlust is on

I think that it would be close... There would certainly be alot of damage done asgard either way...

If this is just odin vs the sinestro corps, then I think that it could go either way.
