Ok, this isn't exactly cinema, but it doesn't fit in the TV section, since I highly doubt anyone there saw it.
Epitafios (Epitaths) is a mini-series of 13 episodes made for Argentinian TV. It's one of the best shows I've ever seen. Easily Comparable to 'The Wire'. Brilliant acting, characterization, writing, the works.
it was shown on HBO for awhile and HBO Latino periodically airs it with no subs. Netflix recently acquired the 5 disks of this series, I urge anyone who's seen it to tell others and those who haven't, should check it out ASAP.
The series is about a serial killer who mails pictures of tombstones that give out clues as to who his victims are and why they have to die in his view. It's a complex series and very original. Anyone who's seen Dexter, this series is BETTER.
