who do i report a site thats a fraud or scam ?

cause my gf ordered something off the internet and says on the site 100 % satisfaction or moneyback. well she tried these pills and didnt work she emailed them and they said no refunds. i want to report these guys but i dont know how. does anyone have any info on how to report a site ?

The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit organization, not a government agency

i think i need to file a complaint to a government agency they would be more helpful in resolving the problem and shutting these guys down

Unless they have a proper business premises you might find it hard to shut them down. Too much grief and they'll just disappear and set themselves up again under a different name.
