Cap uses his shield to make Doc Ock powerless then trows him off a cliff. Captain has fought the Hulk and lived i don't think Doc Ock can do the same. 💃

50/50 split I'd say.

Doc Ock looked good in the sinister six; with his telepathic link to his arms. I'd still say Captain America wins. He has the best defense on the planet as far as regular fellas go.
In Guardians of the Galaxy the only three things left of this day and ages heros were Wolverine's bones, Captain America's shield and Surfer's board.
That shield is bad ass.

Yeah it's a hard call. Doc Ock is as good as Spidey or Cap or Wolverine.
