I always thought the 616 Celestial power rankings went OAA, Exitar and then Tiamut.

Exitar is the one that stores up vast amounts of cosmic energy in order to wipe something out, for example he was ready to wipe out the entire race of watchers in MU-616 before PIS-ridden Sue Richards blew him up through a plot device (her powers all of a sudden magically happen to be able to rip them to pieces, and yet Exitar just stands there and lets her do it). Had Exitar even blinked in Sue Richards direction he would have wiped her out instantly, but that would have been bad for the plot.

Just because he is the energy store though doesn't mean he's necessarily the most powerful, it just means that he stores the most energy for his specific task. The One Above All for example warped space around Thor's godblast, whereas other celestials just stood there and took it. What additional powers and abilities he has is unknown, but they must have made him the leader of the 4th host for a reason.

Defalco cried like a lil *****, when the Celestials pawned Thor. So he wrote that crap having Sue *kill* Exitar

All signs point to a Exitar return in the new Eternals series. Hope so

So Guy is the One Above All...above Tiamut?
