I didn't find any info on Dane's strength level.

Dane is probably around class 5 to 10. He'd beat cage if used his psi...but in a slug fest he'd lose. Only if he could Psi amp his punches and I've never seen him do that. I have seen Battalion who's a buddy of his do it though.
