Well it's not the Destroyer with all of Asgard in it or anything.

The Destroyer varies in power depending on the spirit.

The Destroyer varies in power depending on the spirit. He's still indestructible, and extremely powerful. And he still kicked the shit out of Hulk with minimal effort.

Even the weakest version of the Destroyer would have no problem curbstomping Superman.
