New Sun vs Flash (Wally)

How powerful was new sun exactly?

Would new sun's comtrol over kinetic energy allow him to stop the flash's movement?

Would Wally's control of the speed force allow him to steal new sun's speed?

Flash steals the energy but then goes boom

At one point, I'd call this a draw. Having read over the newer Flash respect thread and older one more throughly, Flash wins.

I was starting out at a draw too, but how fast can Wally hit speeds fast enough to time travel, if collateral damage is not a concern?

And I would place new sun at mid-tier herald to be safe, although he has a great powerset.

It's not just the speed. Flash is THE god of kinetic energy. Nobody in comics has the kind of control and skill he does. Even Maelstrom never pulled half the shit Flash does.

From how new sun was stated to have absolute control of kinetic energy, and from how easily he played with space/time, a good case could be put forward for him here.
