Master Chief from Halo on the battleground with an assault rifle, granades, battle rafile faces the man who controls time for short amounts of time... Both are like their game version. Time slow,stop,reverse is limited...Who wins?

he freezes time, plants a grenade on the Chief, then starts up time again. He wins with ease.

yeah. you can't really beat that kind of time travel.
